Journey Together
Michelle Black has learned to live a full and meaningful life even with a bipolar diagnosis, now she is giving back ...
Her first book, "Do What You Love and Love What You Do", was self-published in 2018. It is a journey to wellness through her eyes. This interactive workbook has now become an 8-week course where others may go on their own journey to wellness.
Learn MoreJourney on Your Own Time
Michelle has had many turning points in her journey that has led her to where she is today. It didn't happen all at once... it was definitely a journey.
Michelle has learned that she is more than her diagnosis, she is a daughter, sister, spouse, mother and auntie. She is a community member, employee, advocate, friend, and a peer with lived experience of recovery. She is a singer, songwriter, musician, artist, poet and most recently, an author.
Michelle now likes to say, "I may have Bipolar, but it doesn't have me!" She also believes it stands for Beautiful Person.
If you are in need of emotional wellness, you are not alone. Explore Michelle's workbook to learn to create your own visions, persevere through fear and find your passions. Does this fit for you?
